Just a purple background because it's an illustration for the splash page on PDU. I'm just uploading this because I kinda like how it came out, well, the elecmon anyway! XD The Pikachu looks a bit odd but I've never been good at drawing the electric mouse from the side XPAnyway this is my first finished picture using the pen tool in my new Photoshop CS program for the lineart. I've always wanted smooth looking lineart and now I can do it with the pen tool!
The lineart looks really good with cel-shaded colouring too. I'm hoping the new way of doing lineart will help improve my pictures a lot!Tell me what you think! :3

Even if I'm not in the Digimon much and I do not know anything about Elecmon (except I had one in old PSX game) I do like both creatures 'side by side'.

I love these two! I think you did them both justice. The lineart on this is very clean, and I like how the coloring and shading are done. It looks like something straight out of an anime or something.

Wow that line is definitely nice ^^ Pen tool, hey? You using bezier curves and the like? I never really used it ^_^;

The Pen Tool in Photoshop is awesome. I used it for lineart in some of my old drawings, but I decided to stop using it because I wanted to draw the lineart directly with my tablet.
Cute pic! Pikachu's mouth looks a bit weird, but the rest of the pic is very nice.
