Virryn asked me how I color my pictures so I did a little old tutorial showing you guys my process (:
I also included how I pick colors for my lines and for my shading.

I use Paint Tool SAI 95% of the time and I only use Photoshop for pixel art. A lot of what I show here can be used in Photoshop but you will have to translate tools and brush types from SAI to Photoshop on your own.
