So here's an update to the WIP I put out last week: WIP teaser
This has been so fun to work on, I really have to give props to the Overwatch team for designing such a nice map. There are so many small details that I never noticed when playing, and it shows the dedication the original designers had.
I'll be adding the left part in an update in maybe a week or so, and I'm still considering whether to do other parts of Hanamura as well or to instead move to another Overwatch map like King's Row.

I think it looks great! All the details are so pretty and I love how your shading. Now that I think about it, it'd be great to have classic Pokemon fan game with a Pokemon Conquest-atmosphere, utilizing all of your public East Asian tiles (not for this one though, it's too gorgeous--or maybe yes? pfft nope just a bad joke). Looking forward to see more from you~

Thank you! I'm really glad you like the shading, since that's what took the longest and also what I'm most proud of. It makes the shading on all of my previous maps and tiles look really bland. That'd be pretty cool. I'm actually in talks with someone on using this style to make an Overwatch fan game already, but I don't know how long it'll be until anything on that is released.
And I'll definitely release more in this style at some point!
