This is a bic pen drawing of 'Nathan Drake' from the uncharted game series. I will be redrawing 'Drake' in graphite soon so keep an eye out.It was drawn for a friend of a friend who after seeing my other work wanted me to draw his two favourite game characters. He is an avid gamer like myself, and this was part of a set of 2, the other being 'Solid Snake' from Metal Gear Solid 4.
I did it for quarter of the price that i normally charged as both 'Solid Snake' and 'Nathan Drake' are two of my favouite game charcters also, so i loved drawing them.
It was done with a 'bic fine pen' on cartridge paper in 14-16 hours.

Thanks alot, i was very rusty when i drew this as i had only started drawing again after 11 years. This is also done in a bic pen but i am now using graphite pencils, so keep an eye out in my gallery if you like game charcters drake, and solid snake (which i am drawing now).

Thanks,I see from your work your also a big Nathan Drake Fan. I would classify myself as a mega fan. And i've got uncharted stuff all over my room from statues of drake, My PS3 has a drake skin, and i have a corner of my room dedicated to all things uncharted (i know it's pretty sad).

Hahah that's great! I don't have that much uncharted stuff. I wish I had a drake statue though...But I DO make uncharted cupcakes sometimes haha. I'm also a big Avengers fan, so today I'm making avengers cupcakes.

Uncharted cupcakes? That beats having all the uncharted memorabilia i have hands down.
I am also not happy with this pic, as it is one of the first pic i've drawn in 10 years so i am rusty. I will be doing another one at some point, when i am in top form. And i will make sure it looks incredible next time.
Your pics of drake are really great,i have left a comment on suggestion on what to put in your background of drake in the desert (it's the burning plane of course).

To much fire Never! As all uncharted fans know, drake is all bout mayhem and causing as much vechular disasters as possible. As he always ends up destroying everything, so a plane and a jeep on fire is just an average normal day for him. And this utter destruction in the background will be homage to his accident prone ways, and will look ridicuously overtop but awesome.
As the plane will be in the distance the smmoke will the most prominent part, and the fire will be a just a small part coming out from the wreckage of the plane.
