You think perhaps she's decided to maximize the effect of her new naughty schoolgirl skirt by going commando? That seems a little risky on a college campus with succubi around, and probably ninjas, too.
Of course in the 30K pic there isn't any underwear evident among the clothes Clarissa was wearing (because I couldn't be bothered, in reality) and she apparently lost first at strip poker - [link] -, which you might expect from someone with one layer less...

Well the idea was the bras and panties were something forced on them by men to somehow protect their modesty as opposed to something they chose for that purpose...It was never about making themselves less of a sex object becasue lets face it before the Female Empowerment movement the average women wore not very sexy clothes. The only difference is that well a feminist would NOT be wearing a short skirt(mostly likely pants of slacks that they appropriate from men) like that only a faux fem

I think a little Angela can go a long way sometimes. Originally it was just going to be her dressed as a cheerleader, but I decided it really needed someone reacting in an unusual way.

There is something about cheerleading that's always a little awkward when taken out of the context of a sporting event with an enthusiastic crowd. I imagine it would be even more awkward if it just followed you around.

She's getting a degree in Archaeology (that is in fact the UC Berkeley campus behind them). Miyuki and Lyta have already graduated, but Clarissa is a few years younger.
Overall I think Angela means well, but she often doesn't make very good decisions (last time was a necessary joke for the 30,000 hit image, of course). Usually she's just up to this sort of thing - [link] which isn't really that bad.
