I am pretty happy with it, although I can take credit only so far as I followed the instructions successfully.
I suppose it technically shouldn't have scanlines, since that comes from your display rather than the media (so if you're looking at a VCR screen capture on a modern monitor tey wouldn't be there), but it's part of the overall aesthetic.
