It says something vaguely pro-Taliban, although the rest of the background - reinforced concrete wall and ruined apartment blocks - is based more on Iraq. I thought about doing a defaced Saddam Hussein mural or something like, but I decided I didn't want it to look like a specific war zone as much as modern war zones in general.

It's an overlay from a photo of actual graffiti, so the work was done for me (the Taliban played into my hands, haha!) but seriously I figured if it wasn't real writing it would show - even if you don't speak Arabic or Chinese or Russian a phony attempt at it will always look wrong somehow. I used to have an Arabic font installed, so previously I could have typed something out, but it would be in English, and backward (you need proper software support, beyond just having the font).

I'm pretty happy with the fox, I don't draw animals often enough, so it's gratifying when they look like they're supposed to. Now if I could just master horses...
