Description
I did the original pencils for this sometime last year I think, but I only colored it now. I decided to color over the pencils directly, in part because it would be a pain to ink it all, in part because I usually don't revisit things, and once I started inking I'd start repencilling as well. This is just a sample of the weapons, surveillance, survival and evasion equipment that Miyuki uses out shaking her ninja thing (whatever that means). I'll come back and list all the stuff later; not pictured are mission specific items (like disguises) very large items (vehicles) and very small items (electronic bugs, poisons and the like).
A girl could have a good weekend in Vegas with all that stuff.
Enjoy,
~D

It's an FN P90.
The other SMG is an H&K MP5SD3 and the rifle is a Steyr AUG.

Whait where's the duct tape a ninja has to have duct tape. And a swiss army knife. And some of those cool plastic zip tie handcuff thingies.

tea, a match box, condoms, and a digital camera, and chop sticks, aren't really ninja tools...however...that doesn't mean they *can't* be...razor chop stick assassinations...digital cameras, freak 'em out with the flash for a second and chop shaaa...matches, you get the idea...tea, you could distract your target, by offering them "Oy mate! Spot o' tea lad?", they'll think you're british, then BAM! you hit them!...but the condoms...........you could.................um...

Seduce a guy and crush his windpipe with her thighs? Totally.
Actually that's the teabags, not condoms. Safe sex is important, but being able to survive while hiding in the wilderness for a while is probably more of a ninja type issue.

Since people have been asking (and I know some of you are wondering, as well) here's a what's what of everything in the picture:
On the Left, from the rear:
A canteen full of water, tea pot, tea bags, dehydrated noodles, tofu, seaweed (in the box) and chopsticks - emergency rations for a few days if necessary. A first aid kit with everything necessary for treating minor injuries, plus enough morphine to make major injuries bearable until help arrives.
A blowgun with darts - treated with the right chemicals blowdarts can silently incapacitate a target without killing him (or silently kill him). The blowgun can also serve as an improvised snorkel.
Lockpicks (various patterns, w/ torsion bar, in the black nylon case). Pliers with built-in wire cutters, and insulated handles. Grappling hook and 100' of 1000 lb test nylon rope. Free climbing spikes for the hands (Shuko) and feet (Ashiko).
Throwing stars (shuriken), throwing knives, and caltrops, all with oxidized black blades for concealability. The bombs are a homemade combination of smoke and chemical irritants.
In the front, left to right:
A katana, redundant to all the other bladed weapons, the long curved blade distributes impact better while attacking a stationary target from a passing vehicle. A tanto, a khukri (the choppiest knife known to man), a butterfly knife (illegal, but highly concealable), a folding utility knife, a jitte (for parrying and disarming), a combat knife (M9 Bayonet, perhaps).
Up front are the paired ninja swords, straight bladed wakizashi with blackened blades that won't glint in the moonlight. Also a Kusari-gama, a combination sickle and entangling chain that can be made out of items commonly found in hardware stores.
On the right, from the front back:
NFDD (Noise and Flash Diversionary Devices, or "flashbangs") or M18 smoke grenades (check the label before use) Glock 27 (very concealable, .40 S&W) with silencer, Sig P229 (.40 S&W) with silencer and tactical light/laser, H&K MP5SD (with subsonic 9mm rounds it is almost entirely silent) FN P90 (5.7mm, superior armor penetration) Steyr AUG A2 (5.56mm assault rifle, with lowlight telescopic scope), while not a dedicated sniper rifle the Steyr has a longer effective range than most assault rifles, and the bullpup configuration is well suited to a smaller operator.
Low light binoculars with built in artillery rangefinder (for judging bullet drop and windage on the sniper rifle, among other things), night vision goggles, and a Sony handicam (you never know when you'll need one).
Not pictured are matches, electronic bugs, batteries, and ammunition, which are really too small to show, and large things like vehicles or disguises (although a Disguises of the Ninja series may be called for).

I think I originally meant the modern grenades to be flashbangs and the traditional ones to be smoke bombs, or perhaps the other way around. (Both flashbangs and modern smoke grenades are cylindrical.)
It could also be she has lots and lots of smoke bombs of different sizes, because it's better to be safe than sorry.
