So here are the disclaimers for safety's sake:Do not accept a ride from a succubus, not even one as apparently helpful as Angela.
Do not allow a ninja to trick you into giving her a ride, not even one as bouncy as Miyuki.
The #47 bus does not actually go downtown. I have included it because I used to take it to work, and therefore it has a special place in my heart as the bus that convinced me to buy my first car.
That said, I was going to draw full backgrounds for this, but once again I shortcut it for expediency's sake. The bus came out well though, it looks much better than they do in life.
This comic marks the first appearance of Angela the well-meaning yet incompetent succubus in a speaking role; when last we saw her she was having her bath interrupted.

Not now, but there might have been 10 years ago when I drew this. The current 67 bus Muni doesn't have an express, but also doesn't go anywhere near Civic Center, but Golden Gate Transit had a route 67 that did (which has since been consolidated).
Presumably I got that number from a route map - the 47/49 were the buses I used to take to work, I don't remember what the third one was.

That's what I mean. The sign at the MUNI stop said 67X at the bottom. There's only a 67. The 67 also runs in the Mission and Bernal Heights (Why it's called the 67-Bernal Heights) so only the 49 meets with this route.

Yes, I would have based that sign on either a real sign or a route map, and both of those could have shown GGT 67X (since there is no Muni 67X). That's my best guess, since I drew this almost 10 years ago I don't actually remember.

That's Miyuki the ninja girl. She appears in about one quarter of all pictures in this gallery, but most recently she has bothered her roommate here , shown us the tools of the ninja here , and taken off her shirt near a small dinosaur here .
She figures into every multi-panel comic I've posted, one way or another.

love it, p.s. it may be a bit of a rushed background but it still looks better than the ones in the comics/cartoons (and all of mine when i can be bothered to draw them, which is almost never, hence the suckyness-and no, that didnt bring forth a succubus)
