You know what special occasion I missed?

Phantom's birthday. I missed my oldest and most special character's birthday. 3 years ago (from July 17th), I spent my weekend painstakingly painting a model to bring this character to life. The years ago I created a demon and kept him close to me.

Out of all my characters, yes even besides Cato, this one means the most. Nobody knows how much he means to me and they never will. Because I can't explain it.

I am extremely proud of how this came out. I found this really awesome artist on youtube and wanted to try his techniques. And guess what I used to make this?

The dodge and burn tools.

Oh noes, everybody run I committed the digital artists' #1 sin!!!!! I hate how people put down the use of those tools. They are actually very nice, if you know what you are doing. you can't just be like, "Oh let's make this really shiiiinnnyyyyy!!! ^-^" and then proceed to doge the thing on 100% exposure.
