So, here's the finished pic with a lil' backstory...
"June 2nd, 2225 AD: The first interstellar research mission conducted by the Ares Enterprises. An ITS Shuttle has just left the AISC Deepspace Explorer and is heading for the surface of VT-210031, or better know as Vesta 1. There the tachyon- reactive exotic matter was first discovered- the discovery which made FTL- travel possible."
Few hours worth of colouring with markers, plus a filter in CS3. Too bad the inks kind of faded since the fineliner wasn't fadeproof...
Not very excellent I agree, but has to do. :/

Upea kuva... Tässä on varsin jännä "varhaisen avaruustutkimuksen" fiilis, jossa teknologia - vaikka futuristista onkin - vaikuttaa vielä tunnistettavalta ja "maanläheiseltä". Sinertävä väriteema toimii hyvin.

Maybe it's because of the shuttle design, or the starting scene in Avatar...? Just so you know, I've looked through that movie about 10 times for designs and inspiration, so it figures.

That looks really good. There's a nice amount of detail and the floaty feeling is nice, but what I really like is the use of markers! So smooth and soft...I really feel the light. Neat!
