I recieved a link from tainia. I checked out the link u sent me. Wow it definately was a smile laugh and definately cry story. I have a 42 lb. cat. Hes a hybrid...domestic crossed with lynx. I got him because people didnt want him anymore after they had abused him pretty bad but, he is very happy and spoiled now.

Hmm, not sure as I'm not an expert on cat color genetics. I thought it was more to do with all domestic cats are descended from the African Wild Cat which is a tabby. Yes, even black cats are tabbies,they have black stripes on a black background.

the cat I had previously, Babe, looked like an American Tuxedo cat: black, white paws and chest, medium length hair. Her mother, Chloe, had almost exactly the same white bits, but she was gray.
