Tempo's age is quite the mystery. He looks pretty young - maybe late 20s - but he's been around forever. He and the Clock are probably the same age.
When his marching band is not performing or practicing, they may be doing random odd jobs assigned by Tempo himself or as a career/hobby. And they will probably be really bad or very mediocre at these jobs. But they try their best.
The color guard in his marching band are performers that mainly have a choreographed routine and dances with various equipment. Their outfits and equipment are yours to decide! I would try to keep the color scheme the same (white, blue, red, black)
Tempo is... rarely in his office so the outfit he is seen in the most is actually his Marching Band uniform.
He prefers really upbeat and happy tunes.
He's really big on cardio exercises.

How Tempo may react to the other judges (THIS IS NOT CANON AND YOU MAY USE YOUR OWN INTERPRETATIONS OF WHAT HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH EVERYONE IS)
He thinks Fugue is his BEST FRIEND and treats her that way. But it's awfully one sided. It's not malicious or anything - he's just a bit of an idiot about it. Fugue thinks he's a lovable idiot.
He is aware of Ricardo's presence but does not speak about it publicly. Who knows, maybe he's actually intricately involved in the reptile man's shenanigans or maybe he wants to bring them down in a clandestine method.
He shares Melody's enthusiasm whenever she gets excited about technology - even though he isn't interested himself. He's just happy to be happy with her! Although he is genuinely excited to talk about the Metronome with her - he sees the Clock as kin.
