Description
Yeah! The freshwater "xenocroc" and marine "xenoshark"The marine predator has a new feature, a pair of tentacles, which is something I've wanted to add to their anatomy, since i got an idea that all modern "vertebrates" will have them in some size shape or form, but i didn't know how to do it, and following the "xenocroc" didn't seem as a good enough idea for me, I wanted something different, and hopefully, I found it!
I've just had an idea for placing the "croc's" midlegs further back and make them more fin.like, but I guess that's gonna wait a while. (I've just finished my sketchbook.
I've also got an idea for an animal filling a niche of seals/sea lions, they'll look like a cross of those two animals, a mesognathid - with the jaws still separated from the head but at the front end of the body - with the tentacles between the head and jaws, they'll have webbed feet and or paddle-like legs and not flippers, and they'll be relatively smaller (mostly 1.5 - 2.5 m long with some larger species)

These are great, the perspective on the sharks fins really sells it.

But it was rather unconscious/subconscious though. I didn't plan to breathe that resemblance in them...

Thanks! yeah! Neither of the animals is real, they're jus concepts they have six legs, and the "shark" has the "tailsΕ― formed from the hindlegs. The actual "tail" is a short stub between them
