A rare image from me that includes a person. This was one of the very few times where I wanted to have a person in my image. As I left Lone Pine and rushed to death valley, I found myself at the mesquite dunes just before sunset. Knowing I only had moments to grab a shot, I switched my lens and started scanning the dunes for good patterns. A break in the clouds lit up the side of one of the taller dunes and the lone figure at the top just sorta seemed to glow. I was only able to get the one shot from here, and it ended up being one of my favorites from the trip. A quick change of plans and some luck allowed me to get this image.
