Description
It's easy to lose your sense of direction in slot canyons. This view is shot from under a small alcove slightly peering towards the sky. The forms and colors are one to be admired, as this is truly a fine art sculpture courtesy of mother earth.Lower antelope canyon, Arizona.

Beautiful photo. As soon as I saw it, I thought "Antelope Canyon". I used to live in Salt Lake City and loved going down to hike the slots there and along the Virgin River.

It's a very incredible place to wander through, I could spend days admiring the shapes and patterns in those canyons. I just wish they weren't so crowded these days.

This has such a sense of movement! I can almost feel the wind howling through here. I've seen quite a few photographs of these places, but don't often favorite, however there's just something about this one I really love. Perhaps it's the way the lines almost form an infinity symbol, or the way there are a few sharp edges. Lovely light and colors. Really great work.
