Description
ELAH - concept of gunFriend of mine wanted shax gun ([link] and [link] ) but with less organic looks. So I changed it into this new concept - ELAH. I also used similar material. I like to make smaller pieces. It doesnt contain large work, result comes out pretty quick and computer doesnt have to consume a lot of calculations so rendering are nicely fast.
Like it or not?
For thouse more interested I also attached following pictures of Elah (Elah 1,2,3 and 4 are in higher resolutions) :

You wanna critics?
Allright, since I'm not strong in rendering issues, my critics will be ergonomics-wise.
Pros: the whole work is just awesome. Its design look very ergonomic, and the angle between pistol's body and grip seems to be nice to make a good aiming,
Cons: Picatinny plank. The hollow is too small, and looks unrealistic. I do not believe I could mount smthg on this interface)
The notches is missing, Resin insertions looks just great, btw, to me it's even the best detail of this artwork. But still it could look MUCH better being notched.
How about good old wooden pads for the grip? In the future such things will be even more expensive than now.
It also would be cool to have a stopper of some sort at the front side of trigger ring. Just like on Beretta 92. So the shooter could push the pistol to the barrier to get the gun more stable while shooting.
And overall details, DETAILS, even some wearing, maybe?

Love the look of it. With permission, I would like to use it to represent a energy pistol in a p&p roleplaying campaign I am creating.

Like, this gun is really awesome looking, but there's no physical possibility of the bullets loading properly..

its true. but not because there is no space in upper part for bullet. its energy scifi concept - same like original shax. therefore it doesn't use bullet at all.
