Description
Concept of sci fi electric rifle for fictional scenario. It is supposed to use battery insted of standard bullets.I did 2 pictures:
primary - K-Volt-primary
secondary - K-Volt-secondary
I worked in 3ds max, used vray rendering engine and finished it in photoshop.
So what do you think. Do you like it or not? tnx for comments if any. bye.

Nice. Is this a plasma or particle beam weapon? I see what looks like a power cell under the pistol grip and a fuel cell in the butt stock.

Overall I really like it. I could definitely see this used by corporate security and the occasional assault droid.
A few points catch my eye.
- What is the purpose of the battery-like cylinder under the pistol grip? I imagine the magazine-like cartridge near the stock is the actual source of ammo, but what that cylinder is for I can't quite picture.
- Personally I would either make the underside of the barrel when you hold it a more textured surface to improve the grip, or replace it with a vertical grip/foregrip.
- The yellow chip-looking insert near the trigger. I'm assuming it's supposed to slide in further, because right now the sensitive circuits looks very exposed.

sounds interesting, and looks good too; the part about using a battery instead of bullets would suggest that it could potentially use them. also, combining both with a particular mod could convert it into a railgun; and looking at it, it isn't too hard to see how the mod might go on...

This one looks cool.
While it seems more fantastic than most of your designs, i still get the impression there are some real weapons in there.
I especially get a Kriss Vector vibe from it, somehow, with a bit of either Steyr AUG or Tavor.

I served with the AUG, although we called it the StG 77.
Anything based on it will catch my eye.

It feels sexy too
And it fires very comfortable for me, but honestly i have never fired other ARs, so i can´t really compare.
But i managed to hit the target!
