Description
What you get is what you see. With this deviation you can make your Windows XP look like Windows8 with basic theme. It is as close as possible. Instructions how to use it in the download.This basic theme matches better with Metro look, than the Aero theme. Only meaning.

I am not sure if they really changed the font. It is Segoe UI as in Win7 too. Can't believe they gave two fonts the same name.
I only changed the fonts of this deviation because i used Segoe WP in parts of the previous version. This was wrong and may have caused some probs, if not installed on the users computer.

I think it's the same, I can't imagine them using the same name for different font either. And the start screen looks awesome Peter. I just hope they will put the traditional start menu back in the final release.

I think you need to replace your Segoe UI font with the original Windows 8 version.

You can use any font you want, if it is installed on your computer. There's an option to change the fonts of all this stuff.

Simply install the included startmenu. The button is only visible while mouseover the left bottom corner of the taskbar like the original. Clicking on it opens a small startmenu.
