PJ Harvey has to be my favorite musician song writer, not many people have such powerful poetic lyrics. I love her albums 'Dry' and is this desire, but top of my list, arguably her best to date, would have to be Stories from the City, Stories from the Sea. Memphis another great track I love, a tribute to her personal friend Jeff Buckley, - check out www.youtube.com/watch?v=STxXS5…

Thanks Rob, she has been around for some time. From what I've read she has had some big fans in her time, the likes of David Grohl, Kurt Kobain and Courtney love to name but a few, with Steve Albini producing her second album after working with the Pixies and Nirvana - check out www.youtube.com/watch?v=Glb_mo… for a collaboration with QOTSA frontman Joshe Homme. Her music can change quite a bit from album to album but there is no doubting her writing or unique vocals thanks again!

Thanks - looking forwards to seeing your next work - the last one was a real 'corker' (not sure if you have heard the saying but it would be slang here for 'awesome'.

haha my Dad uses "corker" sometimes. I caught you using "chuffed". I only heard that once before when Bjork used it. good stuff

You hear those phrases all the time over in Ireland, I probably use 'chuffed' quite a bit without realising
