Yes interesting question on whether she has two sets of mammary glands being a centaur. I remember reading Piers Anthony's Xanth novels about one character observing how it made sense for a centauress to feed her young from her breasts.

Strictly speaking, Zia's "tail" is a second torso as wellย while the actual tail is in fact rather short in relation to the long body.
Hers just has no limbs which throws people off hence why they're always designed wrong by having a human pelvis including groin and ass when biologically the genitals should be a cloaca where the snake half's torso and tail meet at the far end of the lower torso.
Honestly, I personally treat designing a naga/lamia like you were designing a sphinx but using a lindworm instead of a cat that may or may not have wings.

The teats on her horse half lactating isn't any more inexplicable than the existence of said horse half, at least from where I'm standing, and unwanted lactation sounds like it would be within the parameters of what a real disorder could do to someone anyway.
