There are times when the only thing I can say is, "I don't know either."

So continued work on "Delicate Daena." Flat-colored a lot of her and filled in (and fixed) a lot of details, and yet I still somehow haven't managed to draw her back legs.

She's still not exactly the colors I'd envisioned; she's more orangey than the red body I'd imagined, and yet all the red shades I tried looked wrong on her. So... *shrug*

Oh, and she has a backstory now. She's a courtesan (the expensive kind), who some years ago declined a wizard's offer (er, offer-slash-demand) to marry him. She still works as a courtesan, but now at an even more exclusive, expensive boutique, where she is reserved for only the very best customers: For just the tiniest bit of her venom makes an aphrodisiac that not even the best apothecaries can duplicate
