I guess it won't give much away 
There are five Immortals all together. I won't give away names, cause that would be spoiling the surprise. The color that their eyes were when they were still "alive" replaces the black and white of their eyes and gets a metallic gleam. Then on their left shoulder, the mark of Immortality is branded, which is the same color as their eyes.
