Kind of a Balrog...My right hand got a little possessed for a about an hour. I've been re-watching the LotR movies... and I'll probably end up reading the books again soon. I read them all once a year.
Based off the Balrog design © People from Weta and the people who worked hard on creating the movie(s).

Oh. Sorry this took me awhile to reply to. This was drawn on some paper I came across at an art store in Atlanta. All I can remember is that it was in the stationary (not the art paper) aisle and that it came from Tibet.

I think that paper adds a complimentive touch to it. As Kassil said, it makes it look old and menacing.

That's actually a pretty menacing looking critter. It's the kind of thing you'd expect to find in an old book or a scroll warning of the dangers of a particular place, or perhaps left as a warning on a wall, deep in an abandoned fortress, near a heavily sealed door.

It does! It looks like the kind of paper one might find something like the next Voynich Manuscript on; or at least a series of parchments detailing lost and forgotten things of an arcane past.
