It would be badass if the lion pokemon turned out to be a manticore like this or better but knowing trollfreak anything can happen. I drew it yesterday, the head came out a bit small but meh. I would love to see what they can come up with.Mantiflare

I do not understand why freaky Game Freak rarely uses creatures of Western folklore for their pokémon.. We need Manticors, Harpies, Basilisks, Cerberus (a perfect evolution for Houndoom), Chimera, Jackalopes, Kraken (a perfect evolution for Octillery), GRIFFINS (perfect for a dragon type pokémon!), Quetzalcoatl, Minotaur (perfect for Tauros), Hippogriffs, Pegasus (perfect evolution for Rapidash!), and so on!
We have unicors, with Rapidash, and some dragons.. What else?
