A few little things from my perspective: The mega Genesect seems a little too bulky, unlike the sleek design of the normal one. Maybe put small lasers on it's back and then small additions like longer blades, and maybe small holes dignifying lasers or some sort of projectile-launcher. Instead of a Mega Stone, why not a Mega Drive? Make it rainbow colored or Genesect-colored and have that on a sleek back cannon. Its legs might need extra armor, but the amount of toes/claws should stay the same. However, I love how the leg joints have a washer around them and have this sort of wire-like limb on the top. As well, the "batteries" on it's arms look amazing, along with the wires to its cannon. Lower abdomen looks absolutely outstanding, adding a sort of bulkier armor look, while still retaining the original sleekness.
Now, if I were to critique this, which I'm not very good at I think I would give it this: Vision: 4/5; Originality: 5/5; Technique: 4/5; Impact: 5/5; Overall: 4.5/5

Interesting, diffrent then my interspersion of what it would look like (it's organic body get's bulker to the point were it busts thew the machinery attached to it at lest parsly revealing what it's original form looked like, but not quite to the point were it destroys the machinery letting it still retain the benefits from it's cybernetic upgrades and allowing the machinery to repair it's self when it reverts back to normal)
that sead I don't get why the team Plasma logo would appear on it's body if it wasn't there before, it just dos'nt make any sence to me (then again nether do mushroom pokemon that just so happen to have marings on there cap's that look exactly like man made pokeballs)

I also have this long headcanon over mega evolution/primal reversion. So I don't think MegaGenesect would have the plasma logo with how I imagine the whole scenario.

It's awesome in design but something I don't see happening since Genesect is a modified Pokémon it wouldn't make sense for him to have a Mega. But as I said awesome design I like how you added the Plasma logo on it

well the games describe Primol Reverson as a different from of mega evolution that instead of drawing power from the bond between people and pokemon, instead the pokemon draws infinity energy out of the seronding enverment it's self to attain a simmaler, yet still somewhat different effect. As a result of that I'm not sure...
