Description
So I decided to make a tutorial on how to give wings a motion effect. In other words, making it appear as if they are moving when they aren't. I'm sure there are plenty of other ways to do this, but this the way I figured out.1st: The program I use is called Paint.net
2nd: You can probably do this in any program that has the effects mentioned.
3rd: It's not the greatest way to go about this, but it works if you're just getting started.
4th: For the most part, all you have to do is experiment a little.
What you need
Layers
Eraser
Motion Blur
Inspired by I just added in the motion blur to give it a little more movement.

I think the angle of each wing should change in copied/transparent ones too. I mean they should grow from the same place. They don't change their place, just a perspective of how you see them.

True. Didn't really think about that. Oh well. It's just something that takes a little practice. I'll have to try that next time and see how it looks. Aside from that, I'm quite happy with it.
