Here's my first drawing for Vargr. ( Vargr's getting a bunch of art from me cuz he won me that Gobo Fraggle prototype action figure on eBay the other month. 'Member? ).Anyway, It's Vargr in all his dragon-wolf wuffiness with Ralph all snuggled into his fluff. A short distance away, Foof ponders Vargr's tail. I'm actually not quite sure why they're in the snow. .. prolly just looked at too many wintery wolf pics during the planning stages.
My brother's scanner brings out the Skittles in everything it scans so the colors in this are a lot more... pastel or... Crayola-ish than the original. Some may prefer this but it bugs me a little since it's not what I intended. Ah well.

This is wonderful! I love the little details...like Ralph's tail and his pants. Most artists just give the clothing a tail hole, as opposed to making a warmer design. Very cool! >^-^<

No, I've never illustatrated any books. I've been thinking more about going that direction though.

I AM working on it right now...the only problem is that I don't have a supply of good paper to start my actual projects...like good, steady illustration broad, which the little art store near my home doesn't always seem to have enough!
(Going to another art store FAR out of the town instead.)

Wuffy just had to drop in here to say thanks once again! *huggles* Still getting the giggles looking at Foof's expression as he inspects the end of Vargr's tail.
That winter background sure feels "right", especially considering all the snow and ice and cold we've been getting here in Vargr's neck of the woods. Though wuff's Author is a bit tired of shoveling snow, Vargr is a sucker for playing winter games, so the scene selection might have been serendipity, but it strikes the perfect chord. Besides, what better way to warm up after sledding and snow-angels than a warm fluffy dragonwuff hug? *grins*
And what a cuddly-looking hug that is, too! Now Vargr knows just what it looks like when he offers his "fluffy dragonwuff hugs" to his online friends.

Thanks. Vargr is a friend of mine. He's the big, winged wolf. Ralph, the other dog-looking guy is my character and sort of represents me. Ralph's thanking Vargr for being so nice to him.
