Description
Ray Fillet ( sometimes called Man Ray ), is another of my favorite original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures. I always thought of him as being the leader of the Mighty Mutanimals ( with Jagwar being 2nd in command ). That starfish, ( called Scarfish ), has revealed Ray's pointless color-changing ACTION! They had so many opportunities to reimagine him in the Nick series, while the Technodrome was submerged. The Turtles or the Kraang could have caused some Mutagen to spread into the ocean and create Ray.

Awesome job, when I was a kid I spent the longest time trying to decide if that starfish was supposed to be Bubbla from the comic.

I was wondering if the little fish guy was maybe supposed to be him but I think Bubbla was created after the figure. I could be wrong though.
