This is wonderful...for some reason, I really like the balloons, there's something about them...some kind of human emotion that comes with scientific discovery, or perhaps escape

Okay, I'm speechless.... The colours, the idea, so beautiful.. I'm always intrigued by your skies. You always manage to add so much depth to the piece, especially with colour.. I'm wodering, how did you do the raindrops? They look briliant! And the rainbow is something that I've never really seen before (Well, in a manipulated pic anyway, of course I've seen one outside 
If I can just say one thing, though? Your work is so amazing and there is so much detail put into it, and because of that I think the image might be a little busy? For example, you could have just taken the left part of the picture and added a little more into it and made it bigger, it would have been great on its own.. I'm not saying that the piece is bad because of this, I'm just saying in future you could save yourself some work? I just think there might be a little bit of a difference between the left and right side of the pic, but I'm guessing thats what you wanted, but thats cool

Thanks for the critique, im always open to comments so i can improve. Firstly, i created the raindrows by adding noise, bout 15% guassian, mono. Then, i added a motion blur in the direction u want. However, u need to adjust the levels so there isnt too much rain and then just sharpen it up and viola
Yeah i wanted a rainbow in this picture but i had a LOT of trouble trying to brush one so i just got one from a photo 
btw, skies are my favourite part in manipping photo's because ur free to be as imaginative as possible. Adding colour i think makes it more dreamy

i really adore the careful positioning of the layouts here and the whole pictures seems to be working in one layout as a whole! this piece I believe tells many stories, and yeas its a wonderful piece indeed! great work!
