Description Made for my new friend Winchester on Feral Heart. He used to play Okami when it first came out like I did. He said he likes Issun since he would call Ammy a furball haha.

Anyway, first human!!!!!! Ahhhh! It came out better than I thought it would. Lesson for the day, I hate felt....even more haha. Felt hair is crazy hard! High five to anyone who uses it.

The bug helmet is removable along with his cape. The cape is made of felt so the little tie in the front is very delicate. He will sit it on the shelf but if anyone else wants one of these let me find a stronger material first. That way it can function better.

He doesn't have a paintbrush! O.o!!!! He has some old ones laying around he is going to pose him with so he said I could skip it. What do you guys think? Next time should I try for a paintbrush too?

I like this pattern and have already got some suggestions on what characters to make next like Ponyo and Sosuke. What character would you like to see it styled after next? I plan on making some larger more detailed versions for characters like Fujimoto, but this pattern was small because Issun is small. Leave a comment on what characters you would like to see or go to my journal to make suggestions.

Hahah! That's awesome!
You could try fleece, maybe. That wouldn't shred the way thin felt can.

That might work. Plus it cuts better and felt always leaves fuzz everywhere. Thanks for the suggestion. :3

Hope it works!
It's great timing too. Today I started making little dolls of Kurow and Nanami, from Okamiden. I made one of Waka a while ago.
^-^

Man, I met it would! Your little one is adorable though. I love his whiskers!
The problem is, I've been making a few rather big plushies recently... and they're kinda taking over the living room. Mom's not gonna let many more of them live on the couch. >o<
The benefits of making small ones.

Thank you :3 Small ones are awesome because you can stick them anywhere. I keep everything I've not sold in a drawer. Haku is the biggest thing I've made, but luckily he can curl up when he is here at the house visiting. June brings him every time she comes and visits lol

How long did he take you to make? (And do you knit, or crochet? Or is is something else? I can't tell. >o< I've only ever crocheted one thing - a scarf.

He is small so he didn't take very long. I finished him in a day. The hair took the longest because I've never made felt hair before. Everything is crocheted except the felt pieces.
