If you are intent on reselling just let me know beforehand and let me know who it went to. This is just to avoid misunderstandings.
In case of reselling you are allowed to tally up the prices for any commissions that you bought for this adopt ontop of the price you bought it for.

-- You have 24 hours after sale confirmation to make the payment or They'll go to the next in line.
A sale confirmation is me replying to your comment or note where you'd state that you'd wish to buy the adopt.
