Hey y'all. I would love to do something more in depth than just a series of pictures (either like a video or at least have steps/explanation with the images) for tutorials but i'm lazy and i wanted to post something so here ya go! Maybe soon (if enough people want me to) I'll do a video explaining the process a little more!
The key is to think of each ringlet like a ribbon, wrapped around a pencil or something round.

Floofy hair ringlets, perfect for Rose Quartz or cutesu 's character miruku lol
