Everyone liked my last eye tutorial , so I decided to make another one that demonstrates my usual way of coloring eyes!I use paint tool sai for this, but the techniques should be pretty transferable to other programs!
Keep in mind that this is just my way of doing things and sometimes I make things more complicated than they need to be. Experiment with adding your own flares and twists and make it your own~
This style is demonstrated in this speedpaint of mine, if you would like to see it in action.
I DONT KNOW WHAT PART OF ME THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO HAND WRITE ALL OF THIS. I just didn't want to have to use photoshop bc it always freezes and SAI doesn't have a text tool TT^TT

my hand writing is actually usually much messier I just tried really hard to make it legible for this ; v ;
I also write (and draw) at like a 45 degree angle so I had to put a line down so I could write straight OTL
