Description
The third member of my Sternguard Squad (slightly more legal then the others) carrying a silenced, Stalker Bolter with a fore-grip.The silencer came off a spare sniper rifle I had left from some scouts. The helmet is from a Greyknight Terminator with the vents filled.
I've run out of heavy weapons for the moment so I'll probably do a five man team carrying bolters next unless I have an amazing idea. I am trying to come up with some mildly interesting customised bolters so hopefully that'll keep these guys looking varied.

Ha! Yes it is too big, its a Grey Knight helmet of some kind, back when I was determined to not use any standard helmets on these guys.

The space marine helmets you get in the heavy weapon box might have scopes and stuff (i can remember if its that or the one for the rino). Its all retrospective anyway XD

If only they had a 36" range and a BS of 5...Sternguard could be so much better.

I have another custom bolter Sternguard on the way who would be even more fitting for that kind of rule change
