This is just divine. Everything from Ariel's seemingly translucent skin to her sanguine hair, the incredibly detailed jellyfish to those inescapable eyes. This piece of art is simply superb in every aspect.
I might also add that it feels like one is making genuine eye contact with her. In that sense, it's oddly chilling, because her intentions seem.... well, it looks like she's ready to just eat the viewer up.
