This is really gorgeous! I love that you continued to use blue in her face giving that aquatic princess type of feel. She reminds me a bit of the goddess Pele for some reason. I love the paint on her face her hair ornaments which are done extremely well. I also like the effect of her necklace almost floating up as if she were underwater. The amount of work you put into this really shows! A+++

Great use of colors! However i feel that the proportions of the chin and the forhead is a little mismatched, but a larger chin could balance up the size of the forhead better :] The fish looks amazing!
