Well, here it is
A tutorial *requested, of course* that i have made so people will understand how to make simple sparkle brushes on GIMP:
* regular sparkle brushes (for everyday sparkle)
and...
* DIAMOND sparkles (for the extra razzle dazzle
)welll, have fun! did anyone find it useful?

(sorry i was gone for so long *blushes* my mom canceled the internet for a little while, and i just got it back, so yeah...
