A couple of notable things in this mix are Penguins made of quail eggs, nori, black sesame(eyes) and carrot pieces (beaks), and improvised fish cakes in #4, which were quite tasty.I made them with minced cod and little bit of tofu, and put chedder cheese inside and used toasted panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) sesame, and Japanese potato flour for the crust. Good thing was that they were baked, not fried.
My own box is never as nice as these. These are my hubby's. I don't have as much fun making my own box look good.

These are for my husband's, for days he has meeting during the lunchtime (he hates eating what they serve at the meeting) I sometimes do, sometimes don't, but mine is not as nice as his.
