Description
I'm cleaning and rearranging the MOC room. After a certain point I made it a point to put all my MOCs on the Dinning room table. Because I'm a lazy ass go look at my gallery if you wanna see any of these. They're all there. So yeah this is what it looks like when all my MOCs nonchalantly congregate on my dining room table.

I just counted, 45 MOCs, but that's counting things like Midori and his speeder as two MOCs, and Wretched and his desk as two as well. So counting people and itmens separately-45 MOCs right now.
The center photo is an actual photo of the two together. Then the stick is in the photos, I suppose you can count the studs to see how wide it is if you really want a size comparison.

I saw that long ago (I think it was even before I joined deviantart), and back then I thought that picture was edited. Until I saw this image, I always thought the Matteonette was half the height of the real Matte
I'm actually surprised that the strings resist its weigh considering the way they're connected...

Oh right. And I had to snap you out of it. Right. HAHA. Its no big deal to me I guess. I see it every day when I go in the other room(MOC room is next to mine). It can be a pain in the ass to deal with, like lately. Still haven't put the room all back together. And rearranging it was a nightmare, cause certain things in the office have to stay where they are so my grandmother could get to them. And I had to move my "photo set up" to a better wall that didn't have a window behind it. As it is the MOC display part looks kinda stupid now. I may have to re rearrange the room. :/

Yup. Well, like you said, you see it everyday lol. Ouch... That sucks. I'd just be happy to have a room to MOC in though, right now all I get is a corner of the basement and probably about an 8 by 8 section on the floor.

Well all's better by now. I'll be doing a new MOC room video tour or something so once its all spiffy I'll be showing you guys. Small spoiler~it got serioused the fuck up. 
You mean an 8 foot by 8foot section in the basement? That's not too bad, but yeah its definitely not like having a room to yourself just for that.

Yeah, that's it and it gets shared with a lot of other things depending on what's going on in the house. Like right now, it's been mostly reduced to a 4' x 3' section on the floor because of the recent influx of junk stuff we've acquired. It's not bad honestly when it's at full size, but at the stage is it right now, the pile of pieces takes up most of the available room and I have an itty bitty area for sitting and building XD

Don't feel bad about that buddy. I've been in that situation even in my MOC room. When its "all parts on deck" it can get pretty crowded to. And besides, you're a skinny little dude, you don't need much room.

Indeed. I do know your pain though. When I lived up in Reno with my Mom and step-dad. I kinda took over the bedroom that was my step dad's layout room. I really needed a space away from everyone else. All the prolonged exposure to constant company was driving me nuts. So I took to the spaces in between the layout. At first my step dad was pissed because he didn't have a room to play with his trains in anymore, but he wasn't doing that anyways. It all just sat there. But after a while he said he was glad because He was losing his interest in N scale anyways and was glad he didn't invest anymore than he did. Eventually he helped take part of it down and I had my own room again. But it was still not the same as here.
I tell ya buddy, that year was one of the most educational "life lessony" years I've ever had. It always helps to gain perspective on one's situation. It really taught me to appreciate what I do have here and what I really messed up when I got kicked out of here.

Yeah, things like that do tend to teach us that we need to appreciate what we got XD I used to keep all my Legos in my bedroom, and the space I had there was really quite awesome for building, as I could have multiple things going on at once, and still have floor space. Kinda miss that space, but I am glad that I have any at all, and that the space I have now doesn't really get in the way of anyone else.

Yeah that's the nice thing about the office(what we call the middle bedroom). I can keep all my stuff there and it doesn't really get in the way, for the most part at least. That's kinda why the organization has been going on, to streamline things in there and keep more lego off the floor. It kinda works, kinda doesn't.

Yeah, tends to be how things go XD While it keeps it mostly out of the way of everyone else, there are those moments where it is smack dab in the middle of what everybody is doing and they all get pissy about it XD

Awwwwwww Well that sucks. Your family sounds mean. Sounds to me like they work you to death then give ya nothing for it.
Pfff yeah don't that suck ass. Be like "HEY...You have your hobby, I have mine. if you'd just GIVE me a dedicated space, I'd keep it there and it'd be OUT OF YOUR WAY!" But you know, nicer and more charming.

In all honesty, my family is awesome. I get to eat mostly for free, and I rarely do laundry, so I can't say I get nothing. I do get worked a bit harder than I'd like, but I really can't complain. We're more functional than most families, we just have our issues.
I would, and I've tried that, (both rude and nice) But we don't have space to give me my own place for it XD Our house is too tiny. "Infinite cosmic POWA!! Itty bitty living space..."

Not really. Most people arrange them into a group photo pose setting or somehting. This was just me nonchalantly putting my MOCs on the table so I could reorginze the MOC room and dust off the shelves.

Like how many actual hours clocked in? I have no clue, I don't time myself with builds.
But Ryakk there is about 9 years old now. I had him since 2004, he started out as one of these that I changed the head and hands on, then just grew and grew and grew. Its fairly obscure now, but there are some remnants of this design still in Ryakk today, like the thighs, midsection and feet. The torso kinda has a structure that resembles that, but it moves now. You might be able to find more resemblance to this in . Other than Ryakk, well there's a lot of other MOCs there that are old. I started out with the "bad guy team" that is pictured above Once I got them complete(or very nearly), I started on the other team(the goodguys) I didn't finish that till like 2008, both cases the brown guy was the last one(moto for bad, atlas for good). By 2009 I joined DA, that's where you all kinda came in.

TBH, I don't like it either. its kinda lame. Knight Terror and Wretched Stare sound way more badass. I think you and I need to have a discussion in notes about username changes, because I've contemplated changing mine to. I don't really identify with 3rdeye88 anymore. I'll go more into detail in the not about why though.

I doubt it, it seems like its a lot of effort just to change it over to a new one. I'm pretty sure it'd be even more of a pain to switch it back. What I wish they'd do is allow some kind of inactive profile seizure. Like say you want a name, but someone else is sitting on it, well you put in a request for "inactive account name seizure." DA sends a notification to the user both through a message on DA and an email, if there isn't a response within a month, then you get the account. But I think there needs to be a stipulation that there hasn't been any activity on the account in a certain amount of time, or make the waiting period between the email notification and seizure of the name longer, like 3 months. That way some good names that haven't been used in forever can be reclaimed by those who want and would use them. And of course, this would have to be a premium feature, just like the regular name change.

A lot, like several times, pretty much every time I've shared my ideas for ways they can run the site. Seriously, DA should give me a fuckin job. I'll move to LA. Hell yeah I'd move to LA. But see I'm not a tech nut and I don't have a PHd in everything so no job for me.

Not by these people I won't. I don't have the knowledge for it and I don't have the money or patience for schooling. I didn't do well in school. I crashed and burned in College. I'm just not cut out for typical academics. I just wanna work hard at the things I'm passionate about, maybe take private lessons or tutoring to learn new stuff and be self made. Fuck this countries education system. Its a broken useless fucking thing anyways.
It all comes down to money though. I just don't have it to make things work. Otherwise I'd be busting my ass at like a million different things.
