This is just too epic. Absolutely saving this so I don't lose it. I love the depth dimension in it too, as I almost thought it was an SFM model base with advanced post processing done on top of it!

I love the use of warm colors to show the fiery anger of celestia.You also did well for making the background behind celestia white so she stands out from the repetitive use of yellow, orange, and red.

Well, I think framing a dark subject with light background is so effective in depicting "epic" scenes that it has become kind of a cliche. (Did I mention it's very effective and I'm going to use it anyways? *scurries away*)
