Calm, collected, and always prepared. She has a certain knowingness about her, as if she's staring into your soul and discovering all your secrets just by casting you a sideways glance. She is an excellent judge of character, and has a type of 6th sense, a hunch of sorts that is typically quite accurate when it comes to discovering things hidden outside eye's reach. She reads body language exceptionally well, and has a knack for piecing together one's story by the way they act and react. By observing such things, she has an eye for liars, and does not fall prey to petty falsehoods and fabricated kindness. She often rubs off as curt and to the point, her expression unreadable upon her desire, making her consideration and logical reasoning often appear as dominant traits. Her mere presence can silence an entire room, while her smile can either be welcoming or warding. She holds no pity for stupidity, has the grand gift of tolerance, and runs her student and teacher body alike with a fair yet iron grasp. Fierce dedication to her staff and students drives her nearly every action, and she's not afraid to lay it all on the line for their safety. They are her responsibility, and she is always watching.

While the Dean reins over the school as a powerful leader and sorceress alike, she was not always so gifted, nor so collected. She has undergone many of life's cruel trials, some of which have bettered her, and others that have nearly crippled her. She is not proud of some of the places she's been, or things she's done, but has come to accept them, learn from them, and move on. Her long life has given her much experience, and there's little in this world she has yet to see, and even less that can surprise her. It is a collection of these things, both good and bad, that have shaped her into the fierce and steadfast individual you see today.
