Description
There is a popular racist meme on the internet that blames black culture for cops shooting black people. I thought I would make a corrected version for you all to use. The problem with both the Black and the Blue culture is the same, the images they post even show it in their own hate filled memes. It's not Black Culture or Blue culture that is the problem, it's Gun culture. We need to stop treating human lives as if people are targets for you to shoot so you can look bad-ass.Related content

You are thinking that because they most likely didn't buy them at a gun store regulation wouldn't help? Think regulation all the way through and you'll see it will work. Right now people can buy guns with no background checks online, from individuals, from gun shows and leave no paper trail.
Right now if a private citizen sells a gun they have no way of knowing if the person they are selling to is a lunatic or a wanted criminal.
Making background checks mandatory and free would cripple the access criminals have to guns.
Criminals break the law, but the rest of us don't. We won't sell our guns to criminals if we know they are criminals.
It would stop all those people who buy guns just to hand them over to criminals, cold.

Yeah right, and where did the Paris shooters get their guns from? let me guess, the friendly local gun store?

Their guns were smuggled in as far as we know. That's one of the problems that Paris has, no matter how strict their gun laws are, you can just drive a car load full of guns right in if you know how.
It's why some states in the U.S. have really strict gun laws but still have a lot of guns flowing in, because the Red state next door has bad regulation the death spills over into the Blue state.

So they didn't buy their guns from the gun store, glad we cleared that up.
now the red state is always the problem, isn't it? what Β about meth? isn't that illegal in all states, or does it just flow into blue states from red states?
blaming everything on the red is simply easy.

Guns and Meth are two entirely different kinds of problems.
Meth is illegal everywhere, but it's also fairly easy to make. Dangerous, but not complicated.
You can't make AK-47s in your spare bedroom.

Yes you can....... and in fact making a gun is much simpler than producing drugs since you don't have to go look
for chemicals which are off limits for civilian purchase.... whereas illiterate tribes in Pakistan and Afghanistan easily makes
firearmsΒ and ammunition without any complicated machinery or tools.

An Ak-47 isn't exactly a zip gun. You're not even going to be making light handguns if you don't have fine machining tools you're not going to make a decent gun. It takes a lot of skill and a complicated, unmovable, workshop set up and a good supply line of the right kind of metals and gun powder.
This is a video of those people you referenced and all the steps it takes to make one of their guns in detail.
youtu.be/_u2feHybSpw It does take a lot of machinery.
Trust me, if guns were that easy to make, people would be making them all over America because we need the jobs.

We are not talking about school kids taking their first class in workshop, we are talking about generations of experienced gun smiths who have been making guns all their lives........ Sure an amateur or a diy guy cannot make decent guns, but in the hands of a professional, its simple process, with or without fine machining tools..........btw machining tools only helps make the job done faster and for mass production.
besides, those machines used to make guns are also used to make other things, so one cannot prevent someone from purchasing those.
It takes a lot of skill and a complicated, unmovable, workshop set up and a good supply line of the right kind of metals and gun powder.Β
same thing for synthesizing drugs, except this ones easier, since most raw materials are easily available since they are also used for other things.
also you can see illiterate pakistani tribes making guns in a shop that is barely bigger than 100sq ft.
It does take a lot of machinery.Β
for fast mass production, and easily available machines that are also used to make other things.
no smoke, no dangerous chemicals, no odour, makes noise but can be concealed.
Trust me, if guns were that easy to make, people would be making them all over America because we need the jobs.
its not the ease that matters, its the production cost of handmade guns that must compete with industrially mass produced ones.
america needs jobs.....but still why does american companies prefer to manufacture stuff in China?
aaaand..... to make things even simpler, behold them 3d printed guns.
