Description
Page 1 of my most basic pattern. I am uploading it to give people a chance to learn how to make plushies. Here is page 2. YOU NEED THIS because the above pattern is just a BODy. NO HEAD. [link]
THIS IS NOT TO BE REDISTRIBUTED WITHOUT MY DIRECT PERMISSION! THIS IS NOT TO BE USED FOR ANY KIND OF PERSONAL GAIN, WHETHER MONETARY OR OTHERWISE, WITHOUT MY DIRECT PERMISSION!
If you want this on your webpage, link to this. DO NOT REPOST!
All derivative works must include the statement that you used this pattern.
You may modify this pattern, but you may not call it your own unless you show ME the modified pattern and I declare that it has been modified enough to qualify it as a unique pattern.
Edit: Whoa, I just checked Zakka Circle and I found that my pattern has 903 hits there. Add in the 508 hits here, it has 1411 hits! Wow~! o_O
Edit 9/20/07: Holy crud! 2948 total hits between here and Zakka Circle.
I don't know yet, but I think I might add a new pattern at 3500 hits ^_^

I'm sorry if this has been asked and answered, I looked but I didn't see it, but is this pattern for the "Blank Plush" in your gallery? I was curious what this pattern looked like when it was finished. Thanks!

It's this pattern: [link] It is US$10 for a digital copy.
To buy it, you send me a note with the email address you use for Paypal and I send you a payment request. Once payment clears, I send you a link to the download in .zip, .rar, or Word2000 and the password.

DX

The hair is layered fleece, the accessories are velcro. Otherwise, you'll have to see what works for you.

I probably do, back at the beginning of my gallery. It's been a long, long time since I've done anything with it, though.

I'm doing a project for university, and I was wondering if I could use this pattern for the practical aspect of my assignment. I'm to make a couple of plushies of people I know, but I absolutely SUCK at drawing and I've been having trouble figuring out the parts to put together and such. If I am allowed to use your template, I WILL give full credit for the pattern to you, and maybe upload photos of the finished product.
Please get back to me ASAP (as I need to get to work fairly soon).

My only concern is whether your uni would consider it to be plagiarism?

Daughter-Of-Night In reply to plushabilities [2010-08-27 17:56:52 +0000 UTC]
I think it's only plagiarism (as far as I'm aware) if I directly copy something without referencing. They're pretty lax...as long as I make it clear that it isn't MY work, then it's allowed.
I'll ask my Tutorial teacher to make sure, of course

If they say it's fine, then go for it, but I'm not to be held responsible if anything happens

Heh. I randomly found this pattern on google images. I didn't realize it was made by someone on DA. Anyway, I just thought I'd let you know that I'm using your pattern (the feet were altered a bit on one but I'm still giving you credit) to make a couple plushies.

I've gotta question.......how big can you usually get with a plushie? I would really like to know caz I'm really thinking about doing a plushie. And I dont know how big this one can get to. Another question would be which is the more chibi version this or the other tutorial you have?

This one ends up about 10 inches tall and is my most 'SD' pattern.
The Nichi, though, ends up at around 23 inches tall

This pattern was really helpful for making McCoy's feet (Doctor Leaonard "Bones" McCoy, from Star Trek, no pictures yet, but it's getting there)(I was having trouble making them look like actual feet, so I did a search, and tadah, there your pattern was) It was so simple after I cut the pieces up into more than just two pieces. Really, this is a great reference point. Next will be Spock for my friend!
