Solarshadow's second year anniversary official begins with the release of this! For this year I am dedicating the month's comic releases to Solarshadow to celebrate the anniversary so you will get four comics of Solarshadow this month, of which every single major player of How To Kill a Fairy will make an appearance and I will do a special portrait that you will see at the end of the month. I also want to finish the Pokedex one and hopefuly get out a second smaller one before the end of the month too. Hope you enjoy the anniversary!With that said this comic was interesting to do but I don't think it came out quite how I was hoping it would. As a whole I am happy but I don't think it's as good as some of my other comics released earlier. I'll let the audience be the judge of that though. I am gonna play with it some tonight and try to fix the problems I have with it.
*Update, fixed a lot of the issues I had with it, I am much, much happier with how it looks now*

Yes indeed, he is definitely the most dangerous of the four, especially since he has a cold blooded assassin way of doing things and doesn't pull punches either.

Yeah this one was interesting to make. I started to run out of time while making it though so it's got some issues. I intend to buff out those things tonight. Rotaar is probably the deadliest one of the four there, especially since Drake and Goodra are shy and Toxin is laid back.
Toxin is his name, he doesn't have a whole lot to do with the plot right now, he's more important latter.
Glad, I have always seen my stuff as sub par at best so that's good to read. At this point I am most concerned about being consistent, since that was my problem before. So far I am doing pretty good, 11 releases without fail. Yep 2nd year Anniversary begins today C=

Loving the series. If you're open to suggestions, I'm a fan of how you do your shading, but maybe Muk could be shaded with the tints/shades in thick lines, so it looks like it's dripping down as opposed to looking like a Mega Ditto! But that's only my opinion, as I like to help fellow artists with their work. You can completely ignore it if you want!
Looks like you had quite a bit of fun with Mightyena's expressions. It really works to give it a tougher build compared to the weaklings aside of it.

Yeah I started to run out of time on this one so some stuff didn't get the polish I try to apply on other comics. Toxin looked better in other pages. I'll play with it some more and make it look better tonight.
Mightyean was fun, I like expressful faces on my characters so I try to do that.

It's meant to be Steel wing originally in the fifth panel and Brave bird in the eighth. Steel wing was originally silver but it got lost in the background so I changed it to yellow and it's more like Aieral ace now, could be slash too, as I said I am not as happy how this one came out as some of the others. I'm gonna play with it some more and try to get it to look better.

Now I can say, it's way, way better. You did nice job correcting these
If you don't get me bad, I would like to say that for steel wing you should try drawing pretty sharp and definitely bold with shading/lighting shape of this attack.
Sure that blurr creates great effect of movement, but I personally imagine it as blurring only behind while the edge that hits the target is almost like a knife in apperance. Plus, we have Skarmory here, which got steel feathers, they sure would get covered by additional steel layer and breaf off for shot, that would make them look almst like a knife...at last in my imagination, I dunno what's your view on that attack.
Brave bird came out awesome thre, I love it, you did great job on this!

Thanks, I am always experimenting with different tricks to see what works and what doesn't. I have a few other ideas to try with Steel wing, iron tail, those type attacks I'll try when they come up again, which with Rotaar being as aggressive a fighter as he is, it will. Brave bird I am happy with, probably do it like this on latter versions too.
