So like promised, here's the first of these. This was an interesting one to do, especially the end, since I was kind of curious how the logo looked in actuality, especially after the redesign. Well... they look weird. Actually they line fairly well, just Solar has bigger eyes and ears. I actually really like how the different chests really show here too, it kind of looks like Shadow is turning slightly, but actually he just has a broader chest than Solar does. That's a distinction between cats and dogs I think most people don't really notice. Cats don't really have defined chests, there fore limbs just come together to make one, where as dogs have a defined chest. Cats tend to have their front legs closer together too as a result of that then dogs do. The two different color pupils is pretty interesting to look at as well. Not sure if this is actually what you wanted from your question but that was the first thing that came to mind when I thought of combining Solar and Shadow. Technically this is not possible though, since Shadow is taller, longer, and heavier than Solar is (Shadow has six inches and 10 pounds on Solar).

More of these to come latter on. I haven't decided if I am gonna keep doing these or not, or if this was just a one time thing. Pretty much depends on the response they get.

*Also curious what you guys think of this style, I wanted to try a somewhat different look for these, mostly in the shading department. It's meant to be a blast from the past kind of thing, since this is how I used to shade and draw, but I'm using newer skills with it to make it look better than before. I'm curious if you guys like this or should I just use the same method as the comics themselves (There likely will not be backgrounds in them either way)?*
