Hey everybody, so with page 50 wrapping up, we have the start of the third issue of Solarshadow and to kick that off we have the cover for the issue depicting the promised battle between Aqualus and Enigma. Aqualus is performing Surf and Enigma is prepping Shadow Ball. Hope you guys are looking forward to this confrontation and the conclusion of Crystalis' attack on Tyler!

Celebratory Contest!

ON another note, as both a celebration of the second issue concluding, the 50th page milestone and a end of the year special, I want to run a contest! The theme for the contest will be to do exactly what was done here, depict a cover for one of the issues of Solarshadow. I broke up the comic into issues for a few reasons, organization, professionalism, a discipline learning trick and several other things. However I haven't made covers for the first and second issue yet (they're coming though). So I thought it be fun to revolve the contest around that concept. I will go into more details about how it will work in the next week but the theme will be to design a cover for one of Solarshadow's issues, either an existing one like an alt to this one for example. There are currently 2 finished issues of Solarshadow, issue 1 spans Pages 001-025 and Issue 2 spans pages 026-050. Other ideas include predictions for the third issue, fourth, fifth, etc, an alt to an existing one (such as this fight here), character spot light (like introducing one of the main characters), etc. I will be working on a more detailed announcement shortly that will go into more details, rewards, and so forth. Think this will make for a fun end of the year, New years celebration!
