Truth! The only thing they are useful for is their restrooms or using their parking lots to turn around in when traveling.

Really dude, this is kind of absurd. How in any way does Mcdonald's lead to deforestation?

agriculture is responsible for massive deforestation, in the amazon one of the primary buyers of soy products as animal feed has been Mcdonalds. McDonald's feeds its chickens with soya from the Amazon rainforest supplied by agricultural giant Cargill. It has been calculated that McDonald's and its suppliers are responsible for 70,000 kmΒ² of the Amazon's deforestation in the last three years.

Before you say itΒ΄s "absurd" just try to check it out facts. Yes, McDonalds, KFC and other meat corparations are co-responsable for the deforestation in Amazonia. The dirty job is made by CARGILL.

Really and what kind of products do they make out of poisonous leaves and bugs?

That is not a accurate question.

The questions maybe one should ask are:

1. What are the impacts of deforestation for environment?
2. What are the impacts of deforestation for ecosystem?
3. What are the impacts of massive meat production for enviornement?
4. What are the ammounts of resources (fuel, water, soil, vegetables) used for massive meat producion?
5. Is the massive meat production sustainable?
6. What is happing to small local business wille corporations expand?
7. Is it correct to feed animals instead of feeding people from the most developed countries?
8. Animal rights?

No, no, no, my friend. Those are questions that should be asked once the fact of deforestation has been acertained.

I also have to agree. Although by no means am I with McD's, this is more down the line of propaganda since it shows you something, but none of the issues are brought up or facts presented.

I recommend food incorporated ([link] ), its definetly an enlightening look at how the factory mentality has ruined production and quality of food in North America.

All aside though, interesting design of the trees. The green is a little harsh though.

Initial paragraph: exactly.

Link: It's alright, I'm not particularly a freak about these things.
