Description
Yet another SoIaF fanart from the depths of my hard drive! It's Dany when she goes around in that white lion fur because she's had all her hair burnt. I didn't have a tablet back then, so it's all colored with a mouse and the good old polygonal selection o_O;;Lineart in brush and ink; colored in Photoshop CS2.

I like this! Mostly because everyone drawing fanart of Dany seem to forget that her hair is burned away after the birth of ther Dragons. :C

This is the first Dany work i've seen that actually shows her post Drogo. This is really when she comes in to her own and I'm so glad to see this rather than the million pictures of her in the first episode of the tv series. I sure as heck get sick of seeing her picture pop up every tweet they send out.

Beautiful! People tend to represent her older, but reality is Dany has a young appearance(well, she IS young), while she's got a very mature demeanor. I think you got all of these.

Cool piccy. For some reason I find that she looks kind of like San in Princess Mononoke o.O It was really strange reading GoT when I read any scenes with her in it, because she's my age, just about.

Lol, they look purple in my monitor! Well, light lilac actually. It's just that it would have looked a bit too unrealistic and distracting to make them a saturated purple and everything :-P

It's beautiful. Dany's face is just like I imagined it, if maybe a bit older. But she is truly lovely and I hope your hard drive has some more of these little ASoIaF gems.

Thanks! Dany is tricky because she *is* very young in the beginning of the series, but she's put through a lot of very adult situations... So it's kind of hard to form a consistent mental image of her, lol! Glad you liked it, btw!

You are right. She grows up very quickly, that much is true! I am sure I picture her much older than she would actually look. Anyway, give or take a couple of years, your Dany is breathtaking!
