Oakley was born into the hunter program with his two sisters. His parents, Marus and Elaine, were never mates, nor were they apart of a breeding program. The two had cubs, and Elaine soon left the hunter program, but stayed in the city. Oakley, the only boy of the litter, happened to be one of the odd cubs. He didnt have his mother's lynx ear tufts, and his eyes were oddly mismatched. Either way, he and his family were happy.
